On arrival we found the front of house staff member who dealt with us very polite, helpful and service with a smile. The room we had was superb, very clean and comfortable. Having chosen a club room this gave us access to the club lounge, this was an added bonus as having never had this from a hotel before it a nice little feature to have. The Indian restaurant on the seventh floor was another bonus and the food was fantastic. As was the Terrace@2828. A hotel i will have no hesitation to return too.

The location

Staff was INCREDIBLE. Always there at dinner and breakfast to serve us; check in was fast and courteous; concierge was knowledgeable. The hotel was located very close (5 minute walk) to the souqs and other shopping and restaurants, and the area was clean and safe. A fantastic place to stay!

Beautiful hotel ,clean rooms and exceptional staff and service . I would especially like to thank mustafa from reception and Bader from concierge who made my stay even more joyful. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Manama.
