Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Staff & service
We liked the central location and the nearness to food. We did not like the traffic noise all night long. We also didn’t like that the hallways and elevator were not air conditioned.
We had our luggage stored at the hotel for 5 days. When we returned, one of the locks on a suitcase was jammed. We eventually discovered that an employee broke into it, stole my wife’s shoes, then purposely changed the code on the lock. She had to wear dirty jungle clothes and hiking boots for four days before we could open the suitcase and buy new shoes. We are not happy.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
Super friendly staff, great beach area, great breakfast
Loved the staff! We lived at the hotel for 20 days and everyone was very pleasing! The only down thing is that the rooms did not have cooktop and we were not allowed to get single duvets (I shared the room with my mom and my 2-year old son) because we had a king sized bed. Other than that, we enjoyed the experience in a whole and the breakfast was very diverse as well. The whole staff of the Manaus Hotéis Millennium deserves a raise. They are very nice and hard working people!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Property is connected to a small mall which is nice. But property is noisy!! The Carnival celebrations were loud and went into the early mornings. The rooms on G3 and 3rd floor not real good. Seem smaller. Need to be updated.
18th floor room was nice. Room service was prompt. Transportation pickup confused most Uber drivers.

Not great
Not great I'm afraid. Check in was pleasant and friendly but once we stepped out of the lift we became concerned. The corridor to our room had peeling wallpaper, scuffs and stains. The room was shabby and well in need of decoration. Cleanliness was questionable with dust on the skirting boards, dirty areas round the sink. There were numerous scuffs and marks on furniture and walls. Grouting was discoloured in the shower. The pool, which was advertised as having umbrellas, had none and none were available. We had booked here for a days rest but with no shade we would have cooked. Food was OK but not brilliant. It isn't an expensive hotel so for the cost it may be worthwhile but we stayed elsewhere when we passed through Manaus a few weeks later for not much more and hugely better room and environment. The staff do their best but investment is needed.
I loved that there were a couple malls within walking distance including one next door with a food court. The staff made us a to go breakfast since we had an early flight the next morning. The beds were ok for a night or 2.
Best hotel to stay in Manaus,
the shopping mall is right on it, with a supermarket, pharmacy, various restaurants with good food, bakery, and other stores.
The breakfast is delicious.
Look for king size bed rooms, they are amazingly comfortable.
