A good choice for an overnight stay in the city centre, 5 minutes walk from Piccadilly Station and the shops. The staff was lovely, so friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast. The bedroom could have done with triple glazing for the noise, but otherwise excellent. I still slept well. Great choice of breakfast too.

Hotel is ok, lift broken so a long trip up the stairs. They made a mistake by not taking payment on arrival and made me feel like I was at fault and may not pay. Terrible customer service, really disappointing stay.

Smokers right outside door, air conditioning didn't work in room, lift didn't work (I was 4th floor with high ceilings so quite a trek!), room was spacious and bed comfortable but pretty sparse.

Property was nice in its theme however sleep quality due to decor (ie tiled rooms), made it rather noisy due to other customers not thinking about others the Property echo's. Breakfast, was im afraid to say not the best we've ever had. Yes i know its a brasserie with an allowance. But i personally wouldn't book Breakfast again. But reception staff were amazing very helpful and knowledgeable.

I have stayed at Abode hotel on four occasions. Unfortunately, on this occasion, the room was very noisy and much smaller in size and also lacked the charm and character of the previous rooms I have stayed in. Location however, remains excellent for Manchester and there is access to parking (paid) nearby (Dale street).
