Very poor check in experience. WHY do they provide machines to self check in, but staff come and stand by you watching you do it? It’s so non-personal. I want to be welcomed to a hotel with a smile and a personal check in experience, but no, nothing. I didn’t have any interaction with the staff, I didn’t know where to go to my room, I didn’t have a clue where, or what time breakfast was available.
The room itself was fine, very hot when I arrived but air con worked well. Comfy bed and everything else was good.
Breakfast tasty and plentiful so no issues there.
Just get back to a personal check in!
