Amazing Hotel in a great location
Amazing hotel, lovely room with a view over the city from 9th floor. Exceptionally clean and comfy with a free mini bar. Close to restaurants and a secure multi storey car park.

Friendly efficiency
A warm welcome on arrival and easy check in. Spacious room with all facilities including free soft drinks in the fridge. Breakfast was magnificent - juices cereals, cold meats, smoked salmon through to a full english breakfast. Check out was just as friendly as check in. All staff seemed genuinely interested in us as people not just customers.First class all round.

The staff of the hotel were amazing. Spotless and very modern decorated. The location is also convenient to wonder around the city and with a close proximity to the tram station that serves the city. The only downside was the sofa bed condition; the steel frame was broken and made it impossible to sleep. The room was comfortable for a family of 3 the open room with the bathroom not ideal but it was manageable.

Great stay, shower door in room 713, doesnt stay shut whenever your in the shower so water leaks over the floor requiring you to use your towels on the floor in order to keep it dry, no toilet brush ? Small screen in room Breakfast is only till 10 30 but very nice and good selection. The gym is a tickbox exercise very very basic Sauna is average 60ndegree Steam room has many tiles missing nut is relitivily hot overall it was good The spa with lisa was amazing

The only NEGATIVE part of my stay was that the hotel is used during the weekend for parties and the noise is unbearable until late! Never stay in the lower floors!

Very friendly service but wanted a £50 upfront deposit that was not mentioned at booking. Sheets in room were dirty and not ironed. Worst part was the wellness gym/sauna/steam room. Floor in steam room was filthy with rubbish and broken tiles. I stayed 2 nights and still hadn’t been cleaned when I checked the next day. Overall could have been a fantastic stay but let down with small details that a decent chain should be on top of so 3 star
