Ok for a budget hotel
Went as a date night off from the kiddies. The room was small. I booked a queen bed thinking it would also be a queen room but it was tiny. Breakfast is continental ONLY . No option for hot food. Strange sewage smell from the bathroom ? Overall fairly clean and does the job. Beds fairly comfy

1 night stay for christmas markets
Great location as tram stops are right outside the hotel, lovely lounge area. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was spotless. We have to have the window open and there was alot of noise from outside including constuction and cleaning vehicles early morning but no fault of the hotel.

Great overnight stay!
A lovely overnight stay for my partner's Birthday. I sent and requested balloons and cake to be put in the room prior to our arrival which the team did for me. Top floor room was very clean and comfortable. Bar area was modern and nice.

Everything you need for a city stopover
Friendly welcome, very pleasant and informative staff. Bedroom and bathroom spotlessly clean. Bed very comfy. Shower good. Also something you don't find in all hotels...the lighting was good, from bright, for putting on makeup, decent bedside light for reading and subtle lamps light for a cozy feel. Nice touch, tea and coffee in room.

Central location which was really good for trams & shops. Very clean rooms, bed comfy but room wasn’t as big as I thought it be but we weren’t in room much with being out in and about. Staff friendly & helpful. A little pricey in my opinion but presume this was because the Xmas markets were on and events at the arenas. Apart from that enjoyable overnight stay.
