Such a beautiful hotel, the staff were so nice and accommodating. I slept like a baby and the black out curtains were so helpful. The bathrooms were beautiful and spotless.

I booked a Luxury King room in the Hotel Concord expecting luxury. Unfortunately, it was not luxurious. It was not at all like the picture on the web-site. The room consisted of a spacious bathroom and a small square bedroom with a king bed and a view of the slums of Concord. It felt like the room was crowded. The room is meant for two people but there is only one chair. There is no fridge. No desk for a computer. No microwave. The room has an average size TV which is unresponsive to the remote much of the time. The thermostat is hard to regulate. It was set at 62 but the room temperature was 72 which made for uncomfortable sleeping. To use the elevators, it is necessary to swipe your room key card before selecting your floor. Perhaps that’s tolerable but my room key card stopped working half way through my stay. An unapologetic and apathetic concierge fixed my key card. For the price of the rooms the hotel staff should be bending over backwards for the hotel guests. The hotel staff were aloof. Some were snobby. The hotel has no swimming pool. You gotta use the YMCA if you want to swim. There is no parking. Parking is in the adjacent municipal parking garage. Breakfast is complementary but meager. The Hotel Concord is expensive. A Luxury King room for two nights, $461.12. I decided on an extra night, $340.80. Ridiculous. A positive note. Good coffee. Good walk-in shower. A Bible in the bedside table. However, I would not book the Hotel Concord again.

Great place, stiff beds.

Room was amazing, service friendly, would have been nice to know about not needing to pay for the parking garage prior to checkin thanks to a pass given to us at the desk. Bed was a little too firm, and left us sore in the morning with restless sleep.

Great property, great amenities and great staff. The only reason amenities only got four stars is because the restaurant closes way too early and we received a voucher for it that we couldn't use because it was closed the next day. But it's a great location and has everything you'd want and need in it. The breakfast is great
