Spiffy building, good breakfast, easy parking for only $8 and a quick walk to the lively downtown. The room was generously sized and well insulated from city noise.

The rooms, while rather spare (think a freshman boy's dorm room with Target furnishings...), were functional with a comfortable mattress, a dorm fridge, and were quiet on the night I was there. The staff was accessible, cheerful, and helpful. There was continuous access to good coffee.

I'm a Hilton Honors member who booked one night to stay after a concert. Concert was cancelled 6 hrs before showtime and I contacted the hotel immediately to ask for consideration for a refund seeing that it was out of my control. Not only was I denied - but I experienced rudeness and indifference. Also - no way to reach Hilton executives to complain. I'm deleting this hotel completely.

Clean modern rooms and the staff was friendly. Large parking lot and attractive lobby. Our room had a nice view of the river from the fifth floor which was a plus. The area isn’t the best but it’s downtown Manchester.

Nice stay. Good location.
We stayed at this location as part of a 5-day trip in northeastern US. The hotel is modern, clean, and well maintained. It is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the mattress was not comfortable. Both of us had trouble getting comfortable on it, which is puzzling because the hotel seems fairly new. The rest of the stay was very enjoyable.

First time staying at a Tru by Hilton hotel. Was pleasantly surprised. Great experience all in all. Nice, clean, modern rooms. Lots of dining options around the area and their complimentary breakfast was very good with lots of seating options and clean area constantly maintained. Would definitely stay here again or at a Tru hotel if the need arises.
