No hot water !

We thought this would be a convenient place to stay as it is right near the airport. If you want a hot shower, don’t come there room 219. No hot running water. In fact it was just dripping down. Told the lady at the desk they said they would get someone to look at it obviously nothing happened. The poor place needs some TLC. The doors are banged up. Just needs a lot of updating.

Not as good as it could be

Quiet hotel, mostly, with large rooms & a balcony. A/C works well, as does the coffee machine. The staff are friendly and will help as best they can. However, the shower in my room was poor. People get annointed in church with more water than comes out of it. Plus, it takes an age to warm up. No fridge in the room. Some have, most havent, so its a lottery. And they need to take care of the feral chickens. One of the reasons I like this hotel is because it's quiet. Now it isnt as the chickens have arrived. No restaurant on site as closed for refurbishment apparently. Nothing mentioned on web site & still charging top dollar. I think that's a bit lousy. If I now have to drive down the road for breakfast the hotel should at least tefund some of the price, maybe?

When we checked into the property we were advised that the restaurant was closed because it had not reopened after the "slow" season. We had to either walk (supposedly a 10 minute walk) to Emerald Bay or try to figure out the shuttle schedule in order to have breakfast, lunch or dinner.. Doris the shuttle driver was wonderful and very flexible. The property has no beach and all appears dirty and old. Our room was nice with a good view of the water. Never, ever again!!!!

Jervon the manager and Adelle the front desk host were amazing. My girl and I have been here 5 to 6 times and will continue to come back. The only downfall was that the kitchen and bar was closed and has been closed for several months. Dominoes delivers and their sister hotel has a bar and restaurant. Lindberg Hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the airport so dont waste your money on an expensive ride. The hotel is also about a mile walk to the amazing beach. If youre looking for a relaxing vacation then this is the place to go. We had such an amazing time that we extended our stay. Looking forward to our next return. *Amazing Staff *Needs Kitchen/Bar BACK *Needs renovation *Curious to know if the owner has recently visited, spoken to the staff and if he intends on upgrading this resort to the standards of a place that he would stay in. *Snack and soda machine needs to be filled. *If they do open up their Restaurant/Bar back up they need Radiant the best bartender back. *Overall a great place to stay for the price.

The property was in walking distance to the airport but the up keep of property could be a lot better. Booked Villa and it had a stinch and small bugs in bathroom. Staff was kind and gave me another room facing the ocean this room was better but I did see roaches during my stay and room could have been cleaned better. I do travel with Clorox wipes so that helped. Staff was wonderful!!!

Interesting place to stay, one main pool and a second little one up the private road a bit, lots of wild cats and roosters with their own unique agendas, decent rooms, place took a hit at the last hurricane and whole sections shut down but everyone friendly and would come back. Also, walking distance to both airport and a lovely beach!

The staff here was super friendly and helpful. Right beside the airport, so great location when arriving or leaving. Close to Brewer's Bay. You can tell this property would have been 5 star in the past but it is getting run down. I would rate it a 3 star now. But the staff makes up for that. :)
