Nice roomy apartments, great for a few days stay as cooking facilities good and plenty of space for 3-4 people in each apartment. I was only there for one night so there was no time to enjoy it to the full extent.

Terrific place to stay while visiting the Riviera
Will definitely stay again at Le Rivage-Mandeliue, and would recommend this facility for travelers. The room is really an apartment with separate living and dining, and kitchen areas; location is just minutes from the coastal highway, so it's easy to get to and from. Pricing is competitive and affordable and staff are top shelf.

It's cheap and you will know it. Fine by daylight horrible horrible for any one not looking to stay in an out of the way location with nothing around it. The room had a soda bed and they lock down the hotel at 8 pm every night. Not safe, not nice, and not worth even an hour of one's time to be there

Hidden treasure at great price
We stayed here for past 2 consecutive years for the business trip to Cannes Film Festival. Just a 20 minutes drive to Cannes. Great price with clean and quiet rooms. You have your own kitchen too. Remember that this an apartment living, so no services (like hotel) after 8pm. Plus there are no parking charges for the car, as long as you find space outside -- there is enough always. The staff is very helpful. There are issues with Internet, as the service is not available in some rooms, which was a problem for us. I hope that they have good connectivity by next year. We look forward to stay here next year too.

Good hotel for quiet time.
We had a lovely stay at Le Rivage. Everything was lovely, peaceful and quiet. The bed was a little small for two people. Everything else was good.

convenient close to A8 motorway but a quiet location. Lovely pool/garden with plenty of beds and umbrellas. Close to beach Mandelieu la napoule (10 min walk along canal ) near to golf course large supermarket and restaurants. Short drive along prom into cannes.

Escaped from le Rivage as soon as we could
A family of 4,we booked a 2 bedroom appartment for 2 nights.Upon arrival we received an appartment with 1 bedroom with a diuble bedroom and one tiny room with a single bed .The additional bed was a pull out sofa in the living room. We went down to reception but were told by the clerk and then the manager that "this is what you booked".Furthermore when we inquired whether another larger and more suitable appartment was available for us we were rudely told"no,the hotel is full".The manager also cam out after us to our car where we were unpacking to ask us aggressively whether we are staying or leaving. We stayed the one night,and thanks to a friendly Hotels.com employee,managed to check out the next morning despite having paid in advance for 2 nights. All kudos to Hotels.com,but as for Le Rivage,stay away!

Will definately go back.
The rooms are clean and we had a lovely spacious room overlooking the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed including a dishwasher! The reception staff were very, very helpful. The bar is nice in the evening and even managed to russle up my favourite cocktail! Very impressed indeed.

disappointing !!
The room was quite big but had no balcony, a shame when we could have sat out on the warm evenings. Hotel stated it has a pontoon where boats could be moored - the main reason for out vist to see if we could take our own boat there. The pontoon was smaller than the decking in our garden and had a boat permanently moored there. The bar lounge was just an area of patio and was not open most evenings whilst we were there(June) This was not mentioned in the hotel information. Pool small and loungers were soon claimed for all day, which made it unuasable. We will not be returning which is a shame because the information read as though we had found our perfect place.

wonderful base for daily trips to all parts of Provance
Cannes Rivage is a nice small appart hotel in one of the five parts of Provence - Cote d'Azur. It lies quite near the main routes and street signs, which guide you to all desired directions (Nice, Grasse, Marseille, Antibes...).It is especially suitable for families with children. In summer time you can even enjoyed in swimming pool, when you come back from your trips, pritty tired and full of impressions, which is situated in a lovely little park, near the sea canal.

Sehr zufrieden mit allem rings herum. Einige Restaurants in 5-10 Minuten Spaziergang. Beach: 5 Min. mit Auto. Tiefgarage voraus buchen ist besser, damit bei Ankunft Remote-Key vorhanden ist. Küche, Zimmer, Balkon alles tip-top in Ordnung. Supermärkte: ca. 5 Min. mit Auto entfernt.

Non essendoci reception, ci è stato fornito un codice di accesso. All'arrivo il portone d'ingresso al residence era spalancato e rotto, dopo qualche giorno lo hanno sistemato, ma senza serratura, quindi semplicemente apribile a spinta. Il residence è suddiviso in 2 zone, una moderna e l'altra, dove eravamo noi, in tipico stile provenzale, molto carina ma abbandonata a se stessa. L'ingresso ai pianoterra sommerso dagli oleandri che sono stati lasciati crescere selvaggiamente. In quindici giorni il giardino è stato curato solo col taglio dell'erba, ma mai dedicandosi alla potatura delle siepi. La sera le luci dei vialetti, peraltro scarse e in alcuni punti di passaggio addirittura assenti, venivano accese, a settembre, alle ore 21.00, quando era già buio quasi da mezz'ora. L'area piscina trascurata, la doccia rotta e col piatto sporco e pieno di foglie, gli ombrelloni rotti. Un vero peccato! Una bella struttura lasciata andare al degrado, se non ci fosse il lato con la palazzina moderna, si direbbe abbandonata! Sicuramente non può più essere catalogato con 4 stelle!!!
