The cottage





Our barrier-free, luxurious, lovingly restored "Trullo", the typical little house, is prepared for both summer and winter operation (air conditioning & heating). It has a bedroom (here can also be placed a (child) bed), an open kitchen and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. The adjoining living area offers ample dining space and a comfortable corner with sofa bed (160x200); the house is equipped with all things of daily comfort. 





In the adjacent olive grove it's easy to relax and sunbathe; the small pool promises great cooling. Also outdoor shower, terrace and barbecue area are available.





There are no additional costs for gas and water.
Well water on site, no drinking water.
For electricity € 0.40 per Kwh will be charged.

The Ionian Sea and the beach (about 800 meters away) with fine sand and clear, turquoise water can be reached on foot in about 10-15 minutes; numerous sandy beaches and rocky coves along the coast are freely accessible. And wide, open areas with lush, Mediterranean vegetation invite you to take walks in a magical landscape. Here Italy shows its best side!
