It's a very comfortable bach for a Mangawhai stay. The bonus is the great heated pool and pleasant garden area adjacent to it to relax in. It's an easy walk to the village and all the offerings there.

If you want a trip down memory lane and you used to go to a family style bach in the 60s or 70s then this is the place for you. Not only has this place got original aspects of a bygone era it has one incredible ocean view out to the outer Hauraki Gulf. Highlrecommend

This is a beautiful place to stay with stunning views across the bay if you book a balcony room. Jeanette was excellent and very helpful when our flight was considerably delayed so we didn't arrive until very late. The breakfasts were lovely with plenty of choice. A very nice old colonial style building and the room had tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. All in all I'd highly recommend staying here.

A gem of a find. The chalets are gorgeous. Beautifully appointed with lovely bathroom products, the towels are divine and the king sized bed was incredibly comfortable. The hosts are very warm and welcoming and the kitchen is sensational. We loved it here. You can either cook in the kitchen or a short walk to a vast array of foody options
