Hot Tub and Game room! Center of Town

This gorgeous and spacious ranch home is located right in the center of Manhattan. A bonus feature is that this home is handicap accessible and sleeps 10-12 guests and has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath. This fully stocked kitchen and charming living area is sure to make you feel right at home while the bar and pool table provide the perfect area to play games. This home sits on half an acre with a relaxing desk space with grill and a hot tub to relax with family and friends!
The space
The layout of this home is the perfect set up. Down the hallway from the living area with the gorgeous brick fireplace is a large master bedroom with king bed and queen sleeper that also has access to the hall bath. The bedroom right next to it has two twin beds and is across from the hall bath. Both of these bedrooms are the perfect private space away from the commotion of the game room and bar. The laundry room is also located down this wing for ease of use.

The kitchen sits in the front middle of the house open to the two dining spaces overlooking the comfortable living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you need such as dishes, cups, utensils, cookie sheets, mixing bowls, baking dishes, toaster, blender, crockpot, hand mixer and much more. We also provide a drip coffee maker, coffee cups, and coffee.

This game room is the perfect place to let loose and is complete with a pool table, dartboard, TV and comfortable seating! Right next to the game room is an epic bar area with gorgeous limestone and wood tones to make you feel like you are escaping reality if even just for a short time. There is another TV for viewing the big game along with comfortable seating to kick back and relax at the bar.

Through the bar is the handicap accessible room that is very spacious and has a queen bed along with a large closet and handicap accessible bathroom and shower.

This home has a large half circle drive for numerous vehicles to park in along with two heated garage stalls to pull into.

Wedding in Manhattan!

Wonderful getaway
This is a fantastic home full of good things to do. Very clean and big! Pool table, darts, bar and hot tub. We had movie night both nights we were there. Great location and peaceful considering you are in the middle of Manhattan. If you need a big place for multiple families, this is the place for you!

Probably the only house in Manhattan that has the space for 10+ people to sleep and hang out. The best stay for a game weekend. It had everything we needed and more than enough space.

Short stay mostly fine.
Nice house and only had a couple problems, 1st and main was the hot tube stunk and the water was green. Manager said she was told it was serviced a couple days before we arrived. I guess pool people may have lied to her. That was never resolved. The house had a major horse fly problem. Never resolved. Third was a toilet overflowed that however was resolved by a serviceman. The rest was a very nice stay.

Family Wedding
We were in the area for a family wedding and 11 of us stayed together. Half of our clan is over 70, so the walk-in shower in both bathrooms was a bonus, as well as the assistance bars. The place was clean and well stocked. It is in a great location, and easy to get to other things, but not a busy neighborhood. Definitely a great place to spend family time, as long as you’re ok with not everyone having privacy for sleeping.

This wonderful property offered us multiple bedrooms, a really cool game room with a pool table and dart board, and a bar area that I really enjoyed just sitting at and watching TV and relaxing. The home is centrally located, but with the wooded area in the back it feels secluded.
