Herald Suite Solana has alot to offer. For the needs of our constant visit to Makati, its location was convenient. The entire staff is helpful, courteous and just service minded. All requests were attended to in a timely manner. The rooms are clean and tidy, but there's always room for improvement. Create a monthly audit on maintenence issues. Light bulbs needs to be changed to brighter ones. All shower heads needs to be cleaned and disinfected. All bathroom walls need to be inspected for molds. These are minimal concern of mine but that's where I would start to make ones stay more impressive. This hotel is highly recommended.

Hotel staff including the guards are friendly, helpful, welcoming and accommodating. This is the most important for me. I really enjoyed dining at Cafe Mondo and their ‘daing na bangus” is simply the best. I enjoyed my weeklong stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Makati area.

Nice hotel in a central location. 2 employees were rude to me (Pedro the morning cook and Joy Villarreal). However, Victoria the manager surprised me on my Birthday with a Cake and a Happy Birthday song. All employees are nice BUT few are special: Mel the Lobby Host, Paula from the Cafe, Via from the Lobby, Victoria the Hotel Manager.

Amazing hotel, should be 4.5 star to 5 star. Well maintained, always clean, tidy. All employees are nice, polite and hard working. Just have to mention someone who is special: 1) Victoria the Manager is polite, patient, professional, helpful, humble and hard working. Had my birthday and Victoria the Manager and all employees surprised me with a birthday cake and a Happy Birthday song..thank you.

The staff is great, the breakfast included could been a better selection. The deluxe suites are huge and extremely comfortable. Our suite was noisy cause the window was not closed properly and when trying it was broken on the tracks. We did not notice this till late in my vacation. The hotel is with in walking distance to a small mini mall & the railway train station. PS. When checking in have someone come and inventory the mini bar, we never touched anything but when checking out they tried to charge me for 2 beers missing.
