The aircon wasnt working properly. There's a cockraches. A tiny place for a pricey rate.

It's more a dormitory rather than a hotel. Unlike usual hotels with room service and concierge assistance, Lakbayan operates on a self-service scheme.

Lakbayan hotel is great with Agoda, NOT hotels.com
When i booked with hotelscom, i specifically paid for a hot/cold water for bath but when i got there, they didnt have that available for me and refunded the addl payment instead. Never again Hotelscom!

No frills hotel suited to students
The hotel itself is cramped but pleasant enough for the price range. The bed is decent and the a/c efficient. But the bathroom is really tight, taller people would have a problem. My room was supposed to be for single occupancy, but I realized I was sharing it with a mouse.
