Even in the run-up to Christmas, staff at Seda Residences remember us. We’re escorted to our favorite outside seating (with rooftop view) and my black coffee follows at breakfast. Clean rooms and helpful staff.

Excellent as always. Staff are all exceptional from the minute they welcome you to the lobby staff, housekeeping and restaurant staff. Every time we call within the 10 minutes or less staff will be at your door to answer your request. I have a separate booking and just need another room for my grandma's visit. Looking forward to book to this hotel in the future.

The room.where i stayed was dark no lights just those dim lights it was uneasy to do things in that room. The shower was clog bathroom tend to smell like poop.

In the heart of the city at Ayala and Amorsolo, Seda Residences Makati provides a workable base for any business traveler. Our one-bedroom suite had all the amenities for couples traveling together: separate desk nook with a view and plenty of light, full kitchen facilities, dining area, comfortable sitting area. I could shut the bedroom door if my husband had overseas calls at night and get some sleep. Very clean, Roselle the housekeeper should be commended. Great pool, and Misto rooftop restaurant on the 35th floor provides sunset views over drinks and ample hospitality at breakfast including Western and Southeast Asian selections. Plenty of fresh fruit and veg at the salad bar. Angelika, Jasmin and Danica greeted us by name each morning and found us an outside table with harbor view to enjoy over coffee. The staff were sensitive to my food allergies. Nearby SM grocery store, and there's an accessible pharmacy. Plenty of shopping/restaurant choices in the Ayala North Exchange building and surrounding area, plus we took advantage of the covered, elevated walkways to Greenbelt and Glorietta malls to avoid street traffic. Easy walk to Ayala Triangle. No worries finding a Grab taxi downstairs or booking hotel transportation to the airport, about a 15 minute drive. Happy to stay again. We'll be back!
