As we were flying to the US the following morning, we wanted to stay somewhere close to the airport. This place is very close to the airport, though a taxi was still recommended. Staff were friendly and courteous, and we received an upgrade that exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, and plenty of bottled water was supplied. They offer express checkout, so I didn't need to wait in line to checkout. They do not have an airport shuttle, but they helped us quickly get a taxi to the airport.

The checkin knew I had a 5am flight and needed to be out at 2am to meet the flight and I had already stated I needed somewhere I could sleep and be ready for the next days travel, instead they put me on the 8th floor facing the airport and one of the busiest roads, on top of that children were playing in the corridor and a party was happening next door from 10pm until I left. The room smelt like someone had been smoking in it and the bathroom was very old and tired. Don’t get fooled by the bar, pool and restaurants. The place is not worth it. Bed was comfy though pitty you can’t sleep

The customer service was top notch. Hero at the Concierge desk assisted us with transportation throughout Manila. He even provided recommendations for tours in the area. The room was clean and housekeeping came exactly at the time described. The restaurants on site and shopping areas rival major U.S. cities. Our family will be returning to the Sheraton Manila hotel fpr future travel opportunities.

I didn’t check in this hotel. My flight was rebooked for the next day. I tried canceling but the hotel staff told this was a third party charge so they can’t help me with the cancellation. Tried canceling thru expedia but I was having trouble communicating in Manila. You can check with Sheraton in Manila that I did not check in the 3 November 2024.

Really nice clean and modern airport hotel

I stayed here one night on my departure from Manila due to its proximity to the airport and my need for an early departure. The hotel was very nice and modern with a really nice room. I would absolutely stay here again if I needed to be near the airport. I ate in the bar, enjoyed nice food with great service and walked through to the adjacent shopping mall. In the morning I walked to the airport as it has an accessible skyway very close.

Hotel charged higher rate than booked rate

Hotel charged different rate to the booked rate when checked in. When we realised that, i went back to the front desk after leaving the luggage in the room. Not enough front desk staff and had to wait a long time to speak to someone. I was promised that it will be sorted when I check out but it didn’t and I had to go through the same process again during checkout to get the correct rate. Water leakage from ceiling during our stay and offered to move to another room in a lower category without bath. Had to call to ask for another room with a bath wasting time and energy.

Always come here, the service is great they check you in bring your luggage up in no time. It is central to a lot of restaurants, the airport and MOA isn’t far away. The breakfast buffet is worth waking up for when starting the day.
