Surreal!!!
Fiz a reserva com uma semana de antecedência, segundo o vosso site, e os e-mails que recebi diariamente, estava tudo confirmado. Quando lá cheguei, o proprietário informou-me que a Casa de São Roque está encerrada há 5 anos!!! Graças à amabilidade do proprietário, que não poupou esforços para que eu e o meu filho de 5 anos não ficássemos na rua, conseguiu encontrar uma solução, mas que em nada se comparou ao que eu esperava. Foi absurdo!! Por vocês, podia ter tido uma experiência catastrófica, que só não o foi graças à boa vontade de um desconhecido, que tornou este fim de semana inesquecível no bom sentido, por ter demonstrado uma amabilidade rara e impossível de agradecer. A minha eterna gratidão ao proprietário. Quanto ao vosso site, nunca mais o utilizarei.
