- The monthly rental period shall not be divided between friends and/or other family members (only the renting family shall stay at the property for the term of the rental)
- No more than 8 immediate family members shall stay at the property
- If the renting family has guests visit, the renting family does so at their own risk
- The owner has no control over any future actions set by the state, local authorities, or the Community Association. These actions include things like the requirement of wearing a face mask while out in the community or traveling to/from the beach, or whether the beaches will remain open
