Nice place!
We enjoyed the house! Beautiful deck and lovely views. Only thing we didn’t like was that the lake had been drawn down to epic levels. We heard from more than more than one person that it had never been that low. Would have been good to know and we might have just left our boat at home. We would have still made the trip, just without the boat. All in all it was a great week!

Overall good. Bathroom shower at front of house doesn’t drain and shower liner has mold. Beds - fair. Dated linens. TVs - not working - apparently internet was down in the area (Zwolle and Toledo Bend). Next door neighbor - unsightly yard, not a warm and fuzzy first impression of coming into street. Would stay again. Have enjoyed the house before.

We set this up for an adult get away with friends. We loved everything about the property but the ac stpped working. The up side is it never got too hot as long as the fans were on. We will stay again!

Loved the location with the lake views. I proposed to my girlfriend on the beautiful dock at sunset and it was perfect! If you come to fish, this is the spot. Perfect location in midlake with protection from the wind. Easy access to the whole lake. Will definitely come back. Property manager was very accomodating and friendly. House is beautiful 😍

They house was nice. The beds are not comfortable though. The tv wouldn’t pick up local channels. Trash can full at pier when arrived. Steps are rotten on pier to climb in and out of boat or water. The steps down to the boat pier was grown up with weeds. Lights are out through out properly. The overall stay was nice though. Just needs some attention.

The property is very clean. The property manager lives across the road and was there to greet us when we arrived. If you ever have problems with anything he gives you his cell number and is always available. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Great get away!
The house is very accommodating, clean and comfortable, but it’s the catwalk down to the water and the boathouse that steal the show. We started and ended our days out there. The location is very convenient to groceries and restaurants. You can be as social or isolated as you like. I highly recommend this property.

3 day stay
the place was very clean. we didn't have to look for anything. the deck in the backyard was great. we used the propane grill and it worked great. boat house was fun part too. caught a few crappie off of the dock and cleaned them in sink on dock. cooked them there too! that's fresh fish. lake level low so we didn't use boat launch, but it's set perfect for access to lake. will gibson grounds keeper, came by twice. really nice fellow.

A welcomed rest
The property itself was outstanding. Rustic and clean with gorgeous views and nice amenities. Kitchen and dining area were perfect for lots of down home fun to include games, talking, and of course, eating. Plenty of space outside to enjoy…chairs under the porch, another table and chairs further out toward the lake, and then another sitting area out by the lake with a fire pit. The dock area was large and great for sitting by the lake….lots of steps down though. The security system and air conditioning were new and worked perfectly. Only drawbacks we’re some surrounding properties that were not well kept and the roads in to the property were rough. Nothing the owner can do about these and as a former owner of Toledo property pretty typical for the lake. We loved it.
