The rooms are very comfortable and the building is quiet. I know many hotels charge for parking but it would be appreciated if when booking to stay at Ocean Promenade it is mentioned/posted somewhere that there is a charge for parking a vehicle overnight. Overall, this is a really great hotel to stay in and the location is excellent. I definitely would say here again!

Really unique, quality room. Hotel is in. Beautiful location. Friendly staff and great details in the room, for example Bathroom floor was heated. Note that some of the rooms are only accessible via outside covered corridors. Slightly confusing and lack of signage made finding my room on arrival tricky.

Unit was surprisingly large. Kitchen was nicely outfitted and zero clearance fireplace was cozy. Air worked well and bed was comfortable. Arrived late at night and parking garage spaces were limited and tight. Hallways are non-standard but work and appear to be safe and secure.
