Room was clean. Housekeeping services on point. The train ran at night, not loud but not mentioned. Lobby under resconstruction. There are 2 free Tesla charing stations in parkade for guests- first come first served.

Beautiful view, a nice clean room, loved the jetted tub and all the space and amenities close by. The train woke us up throughout the night so we’d bring a sound machine next time to drown that out.

Second time staying here for my child’s swim meet at the Grandview Heights Aquatic Center. The hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable, with really nice views. The beach is close by and great for a relaxing walk. We’d definitely come back again.

The room had a well-appointed kitchen and I was thrilled that I could toast my bagel. The room was very clean. The fireplace did not appear to work despite trying several buttons but it wasn’t imperative that it be on. It would have been a nice touch had the fireplace been working. It was relatively quiet with the exception of the late arrival next door where the guest was speaking loudly in his phone in the hallway for several minutes. Great location and friendly staff.

Place was nice. It’s under construction at the moment. Didn’t bother me but the train at 5:15am was a different story. I will say the person working the cafe needs to work on customer service skills. We sat down and we were not greeted or ask if we wanted anything. We went to Tim’s instead.

The room was beautiful. The hallways appeared to be under construction which was not noted in our booking, and not at all reflected in the price. The "front desk" was some pop up tables with some table cloths on top. It looked very junky and unprofessional. The parking garage is a nightmare, especially with a pickup truck
