Estrutura muito boa mas peca pela falta de estacionamento privado, o carro tem que estacionar na rua. Restaurante do hotel é muito bom. Localização deixa a desejar pois fica em uma praia de muito movimento e barulho. Quarto é excelente com piscina na varanda e térmica. Serviço em geral é bom, precisando apenas de ganhar mais bagagem de experiência que com o tempo assim o terá!

Atendimento deixa bastante a desejar
O quarto do hotel é muito legal e a ideia das piscinas aquecidas no quarto também. Mas o atendimento deixa muito a desejar. O pessoal é educado e simpático, mas todas as vezes que fui comer no restaurante, os pratos vieram errados. O frigobar não teve reposição nenhum dia em uma estadia de 10 dias. No dia da virada de ano eu tinha direito a uma ceia e festa pelo valor pago e o hotel não me avisou, portanto perdi sem saber. No café da manha o café não fica disponível, precisa ficar pedindo e isso incomoda muito. A piscina suja, sem limpeza e a cama muito dura com travesseiros de pouca qualidade. Um piano muito alto nas refeições que atordoa, especialmente pela manhã. E mentiram que tinha estacionamento, mas não tem, o que causa um caos nos arredores. Fora as cobranças de contas e de check-out, um monte de item sendo cobrado em duplicidade. Eu não voltaria...

Hotel razoavel com diversos problemas, nao compens
Boa tarde, deixamos o hotel no dia de hoje 30/12 e queríamos deixar nosso feedback. Todos os dias que estivemos hospedados faltou luz inúmeras vezes , o chuveiro todos os dias perto dessas quedas não esquentava e ficamos em uma dessas quedas pressos dentro do elevador cerca de 5/10 minutos. E notamos que as quedas eram somente no hotel , externamente na cidade não. Durante as noites também houve queda de energia pois acordavamos com o quarto quente e o ar desligado . Em relação a recepção, camareiras fomos muito bem recepcionados e atendidos . Pelo valor das diárias esses problemas não poderiam ocorrer ,pois pagamos um valor alto para ter uma hospedagem diferenciada , e acabamos tomando banho ate gelado nesses dias , e a hidro acabava desligando nessas quedas e tendo que esperar esquentar novamente . E pelo que vimos nas avaliações do hotel na Internet esses problemas já ocorrem a algum tempo e ainda não foram sanadas.
