3 star luxury apartment awarded by tourist office. Main room of 33 m² furnished with a dining area, buffet table for 6 people and retractable bed and a lounge area with sofa, coffee table, armchair, TV cabinet and smart TV, and library.
A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, chest of drawers, valet and closet. A fitted kitchen and a large bathroom.

Sheets and towels are optional at 20 € bed 160 cm , 20 € soffa and 10 € bed for one person per length of stay. Contact me if you take the option in which case the beds will be made.

Many leisure activities available: smart TV hd, cd player, dvd, books, games.

The building is at the foot of the Vélodyssée and the Vélofrancette, well-developed cycle paths which connect the marsh "la venise verte" to La Rochelle and La Tranche sur mer. Also nearby, possibilities of boat rentals to visit the marsh "dried up" or to fish i starn the arms of the Sèvre with a fishing course.

Ideally located 20 km from La Rochelle and the Bazoin lock, entrance to the "wet" Poitevin marshes and the Buzay castle. 3/4 hour from island of Ré and Fort Boyard. 1 h from Rochefort and island of Oléron and la Roche Courbon castle . 1h 15 from Futuroscope and Puy du fou.

Modern apartment set right on the canal. Felt part of the atmosphere of the town even when sitting in your apartment. Supermarket just around the corner Car parking (a little bit tight getting in or out in a van) Apartment is modern inside. All the things that you would want including wifi, Netflix, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave,.... Lovely walks around the canals including boat trips. Also close to a cycle network on flat well maintained paths.

Ein Ort zum wohlfühlen!
Liebe Frau Dominique, wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in ihrer Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Als wir die Wohnung zum ersten Mal betreten haben dachten wir als erstes – hier wohnt jemand. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was der Mensch in einem Urlaub braucht und was den Urlaub lebenswert macht. Auch das Schrankbett ist in einem perfekten Zustand und es lässt sich hervorragend darauf schlafen. Das Ecksofa ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, es lässt sich angenehm darauf sitzen. Der Lift eignet sich gut zum Transportieren oder nach einem längeren Spaziergang rund um und in Marans herum. Der Innenhof eignet sich auch für mehrere Autos sehr gut, die Durchfahrt war uns nicht zu eng, man muss nur einen Augenblick warten, bis das Tor ganz ausgefahren ist. Wenn die Entfernung von 1100km nicht wäre, wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen, aber für den einen Urlaub war uns die Entfernung nicht zu weit, vor allem, weil es sich auf den Autobahnen in Frankreich sehr entspannt fahren lässt. Wir wünschen ihnen alles Gute! Karin & Hans-Jörg
