Don’t rent from these THIEVES
DISCLAIMER: It’s gonna be a long review, take 5 minutes to read if you don’t want to be sorry later. Where shall I begin? First big advice: DO NOT GIVE CASH TO JASON ( property manager) FOR SECURITY DEPOSIT WITHOUT A RECEIPT OR TAKING A PHOTO OF THE ACTUAL MONEY BECAUSE HE WILL SCREW YOU UP AND GIVE BACK LESS. We planned our trip to Spain for almost a year. Never been there so the excitement was high. Chose the property for 2 reasons: 1. Location next to the beach 2.Pool As soon as we got into the house I understood the windows haven’t been open in a while and probably we were the first guests for the season ( which is ok but it was my first clue they didn’t prepare the house for us). Little did we know that was the start of poor management of some thieves. The house is very old, nothing like the pics with broken brick fence around it. We went to check the pool and SURPRISE, dirty green full with algae water. Absolute shock, how can they rent the villa for such crazy money and not take 1 minute to walk it and realise that the pool is an absolute disaster. The pool guy stuffed the water with chlorine which was 10 times more than the allowed dosage ( great) The master bath drainage was broken. The fridge was broken, the bbq was dirty and greasy. We tried to ask a reimbursement in a polite way that we did not get the house and pool we payed for but obviously they did not. Don’t get fooled by probably very old pics.

Die Lage ist wirklich so wie auf den Bildern dargestellt, direkt am Meer. Host sehr zuvorkommend, flexibel und hilfsbereit (brachte z.B. sofort eine neue Gasflasche, als die alte leer war).
