Wieder einmal wurde die Ferienwohnung kurzfristig abgesagt
Leider können wir Ihnen zum Aufenthalt keine Angaben machen. Die Ferienwohnung wurde, wie schon einmal in diesem Jahr, sehr kurzfristig vom Vermieter abgesagt. Dieses Verhalten gehört, so kann man nur vermuten, zum Geschäftsmodell von FIWO-Direkt. "Arbeiten mit Fremdkapital"? Die entstandene Mehrkosten die durch die kurzfristige Absage erzeugt wurden, werden von FIWO sowie dem Vermieter verweigert. Wir sprechen hier von 80€. Der Vermieter unterstellte uns sogar einen Erpressungsversuch und drohte mit seinem Anwalt. Dies bei einer höflichen Anfrage bezüglich der entstandenen Mehrkostenübernahme. Zudem ist FIWO-Direkt sehr schlecht zu erreichen. Auf E-Mail wird nicht reagiert. Erreicht man FIWO-Direkt telefonisch wird mehr oder weniger abgewiesen mit der Aussage man müsse dies mit dem Vermieter klären. Schade eigentlich!
