This was by far the best property we stayed in for our 3 week trip to europe. The view is killer and was the only hotel that illustrated the actual experience of the property from photos. Some staff were great and others were okay, but no bad experience. Despite the comfortable rooms, awesome rooftop pool/bar and facilities, this spot was a little overpriced based of similar spots worldwide. One dinner with wine, and moderate drinks at the bar came to just shy of a 400 Euro tab after 3 days stay.. Restaurant dinner was really good. Breakfast could use an upgrade for what you are paying. Property was close enough to the city center of Sorrento if you had a vehicle (16 min drive to the underground parking lot at the main square). It was nice to be away from the overwhelming number of tourists crowding in town. Either way, an amazing experience. Would stay here again and recommend it.

This hotel was one of the highlights of our 2 week trip to France and Italy! From the moment we arrived, it was clear staff were going to be top notch. Our room had a spectacular view that was only beaten by the rooftop pool’s view. The pool was a perfect temperature and the pool bar/restaurant made it easy to spend hours up there. The regular restaurant was also quite tasty, with a nice assortment for the complimentary breakfast and yummy dinners.

Francesco and Anna were very attentive and helpful as my family enjoyed a week there. The restaurant served the best food I have ever tasted and the breakfast was amazing every morning. The pool was a great place to catch the view of Capri and have a drink. Rumen made the best mojitos!!!! We will definitely be visiting here again someday!!!!

Nice hotel near Sorrento
Nice hotel near Sorrento in Massa Lubrense. We thought it would be nice getting away from the crowds, so chose this place. Good news is bus stops right in front. Bad news is it’s on the street so can definitely hear car noise much of the night.

We loved our stay at Hotel and Spa Bellavista Francischiello! The staff was so kind and even helped arrange our transfer the next day. The hotel is so beautiful and our room was amazing. Everything clean with lots of towels and even robes to wear after our showers. We chose to eat in the restaurant at the hotel and the prices were good, the food excellent. We were treated well here too, the restaurant staff was so kind. A wonderful stay! I hope we can go back again some day!!! We loved being at this hotel.

Amazing quiet and beautiful. Staff was great. I got a parking ticket and got some much needed assistance in filling out the form and how to go about paying it. The restaurant was great and the rooftop pool was a beautiful spot to catch a sunset! Would definitely go back!

Fantastic Hotel
What a lovely hotel, just close enough to Sorrento and Positano while being out of the way. The Junior suite was great, your own balcony and sun bathing area over looking Capri. The staff are so friendly and speak excellent English. Nothing is too much trouble. The attached restaurant is lovely with excellent food with very attentive staff. A real find of a hotel.

The most amazing view. We stayed two nights in a Junior Room with a beautiful terrace overlooking the valley and the sea. We spent the whole of the second day in our room and watching the boats moving around the bays and going back and forth to Capri. Both nights we had dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious. Loved, loved loved our stay!!

Beautiful family run hotel. The staff were amazing from check in and throughout our stay. The views from the hotel rooms and restaurant were stunning. You are guaranteed sunset / sunrise views whilst looking out to Capri island. The location is a 12min bus journey from sorrento town centre and the bus stop is right outside the hotel. Its away from the busy town but close enough to get to each day. Highly recommended this hotel.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The view is beautiful and the staff were all amazing and very helpful. There is a bus stop right outside of the hotel that takes you to Sorrento. We did not get to enjoy the restaurant, as it was closed the evening we arrived.

This is a lovely hotel. The restaurant has great food and a rooftop area. Shower is typical size for Italian hotel. They separated the beds for us since we were two women, mother and daughter. We had a small sitting area on a balcony. We had a lovely view of the island of Capri. It is away from everything. It cost 40 euros from the Sorrento train station by taxi. There is a bus stop outside the hotel to take you to Sorrento. It would take a lot of your morning to get to Positano.
