Call before booking for Indoor Pool Heater

Sole reason to stay here was the Indoor Heated Pool which kids requested. However, the Pool heater was not working and Hotels.com does not tell you at the time of booking. You find it out only at check-in when it is too late to cancel. Not sure what can be done about such issues. Maybe best is to call hotel to check it before booking.

Mixed Experience: Excellent Staff Offset by Major Facility and Noise Issues ​Overall Rating: 3/5 (Neutral, reflecting balance between staff service and facility failures) ​Room & Comfort ​Noise/Soundproofing: The most significant drawback of our stay was the lack of adequate soundproofing in the room. Noise from both the hallway and adjacent rooms was clearly audible, making it difficult to rest. This level of ambient noise suggests rooms were not sufficiently insulated, and we were also highly conscious that our own activities and conversations were likely disturbing our neighbors. ​Amenities & Facilities ​Pool Facility (Major Issue): We selected this hotel specifically for the promise of a heated pool advertised on the property's website. We were extremely disappointed to find the pool facility was non-operational during our stay. This was a significant letdown, particularly for our children, for whom the pool was a major factor in choosing the accommodation. This amenity was either broken or misrepresented, which negatively impacted the overall stay experience. ​Dining & Service ​Breakfast Quality: The provided breakfast was average in quality and variety, meeting basic expectations without standing out. ​Staff Service (Highlight): The kitchen and dining staff were the absolute highlight of our stay. The property was recently built or renovated. Which was a pleasant surprise as it has a very clean feeling to it. During check-in, there were signs stating the pool heater wasn’t working, and they were sorry for the inconvenience. Our stay at the Hamptons was great except the fact the heater for the pool was not working. The kids were looking forward to swimming during our weekend stay. They were bummed when I told them they would not be able to swim. Other than that, the stay was great. The room was clean, breakfast was delicious, liked the proximity to the freeway and stores. Would've been a 10/10 if the pool heater worked.

Everything was good Hampton Inn average (front service was excellent) The small refrigerator in the room was very noisy at night. We could even hear the refrigerator noisy from the other room as well. We unplugged the refrigerator at night. Hope this is just room specific issue and better check early to complain.

Loved our stay at the Hampton. We were there for a week. Our room was cleaned every other day and breakfast was a little different every day. We drove and the entrance to the hotel can be tricky to get into but managed it after day two. The pool was not heated, it was broken. That was the only disappointment.

Eh! It was ok

We had to request a new room since the original room had meldew in the shower. The heater in the pool was broke so we couldn't even swim. The room was spacious though and the breakfast was good. Wouldn't stay there again.
