U had to pay for the safe in your room buy sis not get deposit back at the end of your stay. U only got tea and coffee in your room on the first day and the meals were always burger turkey and chips. Hotel staff very friendly. Bar area smelt like it had been wiped with a sweaty sock so it put us off drinking at the bar as we were worried what the glasses would smell like
This was our first stay at this hotel and we were very pleased with everything. Everywhere was very clean, our room was on the ground floor near the swimming pool which we thought would be noisy but we were pleasantly surprised that we could hear nothing at all when the doors were closed. The air conditioning worked well. The room was cleaned every day, clean towels provided every day. The food was typical Turkish food which is pretty much the same in every all inclusive hotel that we have been to but it was well prepared, varied and plentiful. The bar was well stocked and the staff throughout were very pleasant and helpful. The location of the hotel could be a bit of a problem as it is set well back from the seafront but the local buses run regularly down into town at very little cost. The pool was well maintained, the surrounding pool area was kept clean and there was certainly no shortage of sunbeds. There was some entertainment each evening but nothing to rave about. We would recommend this hotel to anyone that just wants a quiet relaxing holiday.
We had booked for 5 nights, left the next morning as the bed sheets were dirty and the room had not been prepared for new guests. New sheets provided had holes in them. Management was not open to discussion for accepting responsibility. Concierge was not able to offer solutions. Very disappointed.

Good hotel but food lets it down
Enjoyed hotel. Rooms clean and comfortable. They need to address keeping food hot. Every time I went for hot food, i.e. chicken etc even when I was in the dining room first!!!
Overall I couldn't fault hotel at all, but would say it is probably a british equivalent of 3 to 3.5 star not four star (but this is Turkish rating). Pool and hotel immaculately clean. Would recommend. Easy access to anywhere in Marmaris but not noisy, although mosque is very near so hear prayers all the time, but you get used to and it is not invasive.
The food was awful, we had to eat out most nights. The hotel was empty and as such catered for it's main customers who were Turkish.
On the first night a light on a mirror constantly flashed. I reported it to staff 3 times and nothing was down about it. Ended up having to put a blanket over it in order to sleep.
The staff were lovely and the hotel was very clean.
As soon as I got to this hotel I was really impressed at how lovely it looks. We stayed on the second floor with a pool view. It was a room with a double bed & a single bed even though it was just me and my partner. The room was clean and spacious which was perfect ! The bathroom was also lovely, plenty of space and pretty new I'd say. We also got strong wifi in our room. The AC works well too so despite the temperature being 41 degrees (Celsius) it stayed cool all night.
The staff were really friendly. They were chatty and very welcoming, some of them weren't very good in English. However they try very hard to communicate and or find someone who can help you. The entertainment was decent, but I really like how the entertainment guy was very enthusiastic and spoke to us as well as everyone that were staying.
When we stayed at the hotel it was not very busy compared to what I was expecting (End of June) so there were plenty of sun bed for everyone and space in the pool. The bar was great also they had a good range of drink which was of good quality. They also even made some special cocktail for me to try as I always have vodka & coke.
Breakfast did get repetitive . However there were plenty of choices so it wasn't a problem. I did like the sausages/hotdog which they serve at every breakfast, but I preferred when they're fried rather than in the sauce. Overall Great location ! Loved every day there! would come back 100% missing Viva already.
Mitarbeiter waren sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Hotel liegt zwar etwas abseits ist aber kein Problem ins Zentrum zu kommen.
Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich. Würde ich definitiv weiter empfehlen!
