Wouldn’t got to this hotel again .
Overall disappointing air conditioning wasn’t working properly. When we questioned the staff we were told that the Manager had informed them to turn it off .

My issue was the AC more then anything. Previous hotel I stayed the AC helped with weather but the AC did not help cool the room down. The cleaning ladies could not understand "Do Not Disturb/Cleaning require sign" you can hang on the door knob. Another thing was annoying while they were cleaning I assume I left my ear pods on the side cabinet and found pod on the floor. Let just say there was no respect for people properties.

Sadece konaklama yapanlar için yeterli bir otel. Güler yüzlü bir karşılamaları vardı. Sadece konaklama yapıp marmarisi gezmeyi planlıyorsanız gayet yeterli olacaktır. Yürüyerek Marmaris'i gezebilirsiniz. Eksisi kahvaltının fiyata dahil olmamasıydı. Aşağıda kendi bünyelerine dahil kafede kahvaltı yapmak istersek ek olarak 350 tl ödeme yapılacağını ilettiler.

Bu oteli fiyat performans amacıyla seçtim. Fiyatlarının beklenen hizmete göre yüksek olduğunu ifade edebilirim. Artıları: - Oda temizliği 10/10 durumunda, gayet temizdi - Oda atmosferi özellikle tv seçimi çok başarılıydı - Balkon ve genel dizayn başarılıydı - Çevre gürültüsü yok denecek kadar azdı. Yalıtım iyi sağlanmış Eksileri: - Odaya havlu ve terlik dışında ek ihtiyaçlar düşünülmemiş. En basitininden pamuk dahi bulunmuyor. - Banyoda bulunan şampuan ve duş jeli çok kullanımlı büyük şişelerde. Her misafir aynı malzemeyi kullanıyor. Hijyenik değil - Odada bulunan kahve kapsüllerinin yenisi ücretli veriliyor. (İki adet kapsülün otele maliyetini merak ettim) - Klima konumu ve kontrolü çok komplikeydi. Daha basit ve uygun konumda bulunabilirdi - Otopark bulunmuyor. Ara sokaklar kesinlikle güvenli değil. (Aracım park yerinde çizildi) . Bu konu otel ile ilgili değil fakat aracınızı bırakmanızı tavsiye etmiyorum.

Her şey çok güzeldi odanın içinde her şey düşünülmüştü. Çamaşır makinası için deterjan ve mutfak için bir sürü malzeme vardı. Otel tasarım olarak çok sade ve güzeldi. Kaldığımız odanın balkonu aşırı güzeldi ve büyüktü çamaşırlar için askı şezlong ve ahşap koltuk vardı. otelden ulaşım çok kolaydı. Ayrıca evcil hayvan dostu bir oteldi köpeğimle çok rahat konakladım. Son olarak kahveleri de müthiş. Bizle ilgilenen herkese teşekkür ederiz umarım tekrar görüşürüz

Datça'dan Rodos'a geçerken bir geceyi feribota yetişme stresi olmasın diye Marmaris'te geçirmek istedik. Rezervasyon aşamasında oldukça hızlı ve bilgilendirici bir müşteri hizmeti anlayışı sergiledirler. Online olarak ulaşamadığımız bilgiler konusunda samimiyetle yardımcı oldurlar. Cansu Hanım sağolsun çok ilgilendi her aşamada. Aile olarak konakladık (çocuğumuz var). Otele varacağımız günün sabahından WhatsApp arasıcılığı ile bilgilendirme yaparak samimiyetini belli eden personel, konaklamamız boyunca bize her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Hem sadece yatak bulunan hem de apart tarzı odaları deneyimleme fırsatımız oldu. Her ikisinden de temizlik ve konfor açısından memnun kaldık. İnce detaylar düşünülmüştü. Otel ayrıca sahile yürüme mesafesinde. Marmaris için bir daha gelirsek tercih etmekten çekinmeyeceğimiz bir işletme. Uzun süreli kalmalar içinde ideal. Teşekkür ediyoruz:))

Oda çoo konforluydu, 3 kişi kaldik hepimiz de cok memnun ayrildik, çalisanlar nazik ve ilgiliydi, sadece banyonun elden gecmesi gerek bazı yerleri temizlik anlaminda hoş durmuyor, mesela sararmış duvar var lavabo alti gibi… Koltuğun konforlu çift kisilik yatak olmasi harika, merkeze cok yakin, girişte dinlenme alani ve cafe olmasi da cok iyiydi, hemen arka da taksi duragi ve Bim var bunlarda arti
