Beautiful property and the staff were amazing, they greeted us with Moroccan tea and their traditional bread “mesemen” was absolutely amazing !!! Place was clean and the garden had a trampoline so it was great for the kids, our favourite was the Moroccan style baths they had which were available in every room. Overall we had a great time and will be coming back next year!!

Traditional villa perfect for those who want to experience the culture of Marrakech, the staff were very nice and hospitable and we were able to get to the centre very quickly as it is located close to menara mall. Gramtahouse is "THE BEST" in Marrakech The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and offer stunning views that make waking up each morning a dream. Inside was stone cold. Abdul kept the curtains and shutters closed. I think he was hiding from someone. He was creepy.. We opened the bedroom shutters/ windows to allow sunshine/warmth midmorning. He had told me not to open them. Why?? Dirt/cobwebs behind the cabinet and garbage under the bed. I lifted it while he swept. He had no mop. The security man was a gentleman. I wish the owners well with their business. I prefer to talk to Rafik/Owner personally about Abdul's actions.

Terrible and to be avoided!

Many years ago Gramtahouse was probably a nice place to stay. Now it is tired, dirty, in need of maintenance and decoration and is not fit for purpose. No breakfast was offered which is unheard of in Morocco. Add to this the fact that the "hotel" is far from anywhere, including anywhere to obtain anything to eat or drink. The photo's on the website were obviously taken many years ago because it looks nothing like that now. I complained to the owner Rafik and told him that I had paid far too much for what was offered to me and he agreed to refund some of the money I had paid. He never did this of course. These people are dishonest scam artists who should be avoided at any cost.

Nice house, but rooms clearly require renovation. Also, the room was dirty (lot of dust) upon arrival. They also charged higher tourist tax without providing any supporting evidence. The houskeeper was however nice and helpful

Beautiful villa with fantastic host

Our host Abdul was fantastic and could not do enough for us. The guesthouse is has amazing decor and Abdul was available 24hrs which really helped us when we were out and about late. The guest house is away from the city but there are a few restaurants 12 mins walk as well as a cash machine.

Overall stay was good with family. Property is in very peaceful area and around 15 minutes from Kasbah. Abdul being caretaker was very friendly and cooperative.

This is an amazing property. I traveled in Morocco for three weeks and had some rather challenging stays at Hotels and AirBnB's. This was my last night and I needed a place close to the airport. When I arrived it was spectacular and made me want to stay for longer. The gardens are incredible, the view form the deck is awesome, and the location is perfect! Highly recommended! Oh, also, the man who met me at the entrance was an excellent host and speaks great English. Super wonderful guy!
