Amazing experience!!! Very different but vibrant culture. A bit confusing getting to the hotel but I adjusted real quickly since there was no big cars allowed in the area. The staff/ employees were very welcoming and helpful for our needs and accommodation. Check in and check our process was very smooth.

The staff was amazing and the Riad is exceptionally clean and beautiful. It is like walking into a magazine. The staff was so helpful , they ensured we had all information to see all landmarks and were available 24/7. Breakfast was fantastic and we had a supper on the rooftop the first night we were there which was incredible. We had to check out at 6 am to catch a train and they even had a breakfast packed for us when we checked out. Top notch all the way!!! Cannot say enough good things about this property. I would recommend this Riad to anyone that was visiting marrakesh to make your stay memorable.

Very kind people. Nice clean safe riad. Perfect for seeing the medina. Note the pool is not a swimming pool - a paddling pool. Two metres square. We would very much recommend this riad. Good value. Lovely staff.

Homely Riad with beautiful aesthetics and the most welcoming host and members of staff. Everyone was great, from the very responsive owner Christophe, the manager Younis and Mustafa who made us feel so at home. Let’s not forget to mention it’s barely a 7min walk to the Jemaa el-Fnaa square. I’ll stay again and definitely recommend.

From the moment we arrived at Riad Andalla Spa, we felt like royalty. Tucked away in the heart of the medina, this riad was the perfect oasis after the buzz and bustle of Marrakech. The staff welcomed us with warm smiles, fresh mint tea, and Moroccan pastries while we relaxed in the beautiful courtyard — it was the kind of hospitality you don’t forget. Every detail of our stay felt thoughtful. The rooms were spotless, charmingly decorated, and cool (a lifesaver in the 111°F heat!). The rooftop views at sunset were magical, and breakfast each morning — served with fresh fruit, Moroccan breads, and the most delicious coffee — was a dream. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was how well we were treated as guests and as people. My friend and I felt completely safe, respected, and cared for. The team gave us fantastic tips on where to go, how much to pay in the souks, and even helped us with booking dinner reservations and airport transfers. They genuinely wanted us to have the best experience — and we did. If you’re heading to Marrakech and want a stay that’s both luxurious and heartwarming, Riad Andalla Spa is where you want to be. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

Fantastic!

Culture shock, for sure but is was amazing! The Riad staff and the way they went out of the way to organize all the details based on the language barrier was greatly appreciated. From the morning breakfast, service, massages, to someone getting up at 4:30 to make sure we make it to the taxi for the outing we planned was way more than we could have asked for. They taught how to navigate the city, negotiate the prices in town with the vendors, which we were not successful based on them being smarter at the math with the money. That’s fine though, it’s expected. Thank you to everyone for making this a great trip for my family!

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel was beautiful, very clean. The bedrooms were bright, clean, beautiful decor and comfortable. . The bathroom was spacious with a brilliant shower. Breakfast was delicious! Our evening set meal was delicious. Most important, every member of staff was wonderful, very friendly, very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. This was one of the best group of staff I’ve ever encountered on a holiday. Thank you & I will have no hesitation in staying here again!
