A great experience all around. The Riad itself exceeded my expectations and the Riad hosts were super helpful, welcoming, and spoke very good English. The room was well maintained and serviced like a hotel! It was clean, and spacious. Upon arrival, we were also given tea and refreshments. The hosts were also accommodating to our late check-out request to leave our luggage and relax in the dining area whilst we waited for our private taxi to arrive (which was also organised by the Riad. Highly recommend for anyone’s first time to stay at Riad Andalla Spa. Will happily return when I visit Marrakech again.

Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, perfect location. Overall, a great stay! My only suggestion for improvement would be to either switch up the music played in the public areas of the riad, or not play music at all. It felt like we heard the same track every day. But that’s a very minor criticism; everything else was wonderful.

This riad is so beautiful and peaceful. Staff were wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. We were welcomed with tea and snacks. There were beautiful spots in the rooftop to lounge around. The food was delicious and fresh orange juice the best! We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful and charming property. Very friendly and courteous staff. Younus, AbdulRahim, Zachariah, and Jalel took wonderful care of us. The breakfast is excellent with fresh orange juice, yoghurt, croissants, bread, Msemen/omelette.

The staff over the 3 days that we were there were the best! Everyone was pleasant, greeted you at the door, asked about the day’s activities, etc. The Riad was exceptional - beautifully decorated, spotless, and comfortable. The Riad is beautiful but the team that works there is amazing! Their hospitality is incredible. We really appreciate them all. The Riad is stunning…so well designed with all of the modern features…the breakfast yummy.. we highly recommend this place.

Stunning colorful traditional decorations, beautiful Riad. We stay only one night and checked in around 9:30pm, staff are nice, room is warm. We booked family suite, the smaller bedroom with 2 twin beds, no other space. Toilet and shower no ventilation fan, I guess this maybe due to the limit of old house structures. Overall, this is good experience to try local Riad.
