It comprises a 12 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a sleeping area, a shower room and a 100 m² garden. Wifi, sheets included, we're waiting for you!

- An enclosed 21 m² terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days (a road separates the house from the terrace).
The house is ideally located in Martigues, 8 km from the town centre, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (one vehicle).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Lavéra, about 7 km by car
- Nearest airport: Marseille, about 30 km by car
