Bastille day city break

It was a lovely hotel, although on the port so could be a bit noisy at night with port activity. Also, we booked a room for 3 but the room was only made up for 2 so had to ask for more towels, mugs, pillows. However, staff were friendly, cleaners did a good job. the lounge area is lovely. Overall a good experience

Staff was super sweet and uograded me to a room overlooking the port of Marseille. Also made me an itinerary for places to visit. The room was spacious, clean and with a great view. The location is also ideal to walk around to all the major landmarks, lounges and restaurant. When back in Marseille, will definitely stay there again.

The rooms are very comfortable and a nice size. The bathrooms are also a nice generous size. Great air conditioning. And the staff are so nice and very helpful. The location is on the port which is always jammed with traffic and honking horns so it can be noisy if you face the port. It’s an easy walk to anywhere from the location really.

I booked a comfort room, which are smaller rooms for solo travelers. Could easily accommodate two people for a short stay though. Perfect location. Great breakfast buffet. Lovely staff, eager to help, great customer service and hospitality. Khadija and her colleague were particularly friendly and hospitable. The only thing that wasn’t great was the noise coming from the street- which the hotel staff can’t do anything about obviously.

We had an excellent stay. It was very hot during our visit and the air conditioning met our very demanding American expectations. The room was very clean and comfortable and the location in the heart of Marseille's Old Port can't be beat for convenience.

While the hotel was quite nice and the cafe area great for a drink and coworking (with really fast wifi) I was disappointed by the lack of amenities. The rooms only had shampoo/body wash with no lotions or conditioner, no mini-fridge, and really poor air conditioning. It is quite disappointing to advertise a 4-star experience and then leave guests sweating in the room with minimal air. While the night manager did his best to accomodate us at 3 in the morning after hours of tossing and turning, it left a poor taste that it even had to get to that point. That being said, all the staff were excellent, the beer and wine selection was great, and the location was hard to beat.

Perfectly located in heart of old port and across street from metro stop that takes you to Marseille Train station. Lots of cafes, restaurants and shops in walking distance. Close to Cathedral. We had a wonderful welcome from super friendly staff, had mint lemon water in lobby, great hospitality. Clean, comfortable, warm hotel that makes you feel a bit of luxury, and they offered to store our luggage for several hours after we checked out, nice gesture. I would highly recommend this hotel.
