This place felt like a motel for transient and most of the tourists looked scared. There was even security officer in the dinning room during breakfast (which is included). As long as your are aware of what to expect, it could be economical if you are traveling in a group for safety. Not for a solo traveler!

Very clean and well located. Underground secure carpark for €10 a night is a major win. As parking in the area is limited/unsafe.

Hotel room was nice and staff were great but we were not comfortable walking in the area around the hotel. Had a street side room and plenty of traffic noise at night

The hotel inside was great, clean, comfortable, best bathroom, i really like thrle staff, they were great! The only issue was strange people loitering around the building that were just sitting around not doing much. I think thats a city problem which was everywhere in Marseille.

Hotel was convenient to train station and easy walking distance to old port. Hotel was clean. Small bathroom. Staff were excellent and they could store our luggage. Dirty and untidy in area outside hotel.

The location is great, very close to the train station. It also offers breakfast, which is a plus. The Japanese toilet reminds me of Tokyo. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
