Property was clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was great.

We very much enjoyed our stay … booked this little house for the weekend to watch UTM football … was very close to everything we needed grocery, restaurants, stadium etc… way more comfortable than the Hilton we had been staying in for home games just wish I had booked it for every home game ..much more convenient when traveling with elderly grandparents…house was in a quiet neighborhood, clean comfy beds, and kitchen was very handy… would definitely stay again if given the opportunity..owner was very helpful and even had it decorated for Christmas complete with two beautiful twinkling Christmas trees … very positive experience after a couple of not so positive ones in the past … we thank you Telese

We came to visit University of Tennessee Martin. It was a great location and a great neighborhood.

Everything was great. I found the trash can overturned by animals and cleaned it up. My wife folded the clean laundry in the dryer and you have to replace that toilet seat my butt still hurts 😁

Great stay clean room bed was very confortable and loved the pillows slept like a baby Will stay there again next year
