We reserved a king nonsmoking room. The only one they had would have a heavy smoke smell from the bar downstairs so they said we could keep that or switch to a 2 queen room. We took the queen room but the whole place still smells like smoke. The restaurant next door was not good.

I researved 2 rooms and when we checked in we found a roach in our room. We had a sandwich baggy with us so we put the roach in the baggy and took it to th front desk and told the clerk we would not b staying. she said she was sorry and would give it to her manager. The manager said it was a cricket however in our area all crickets are black and the bug was not black so it was not a cricket but a roach. I filed a dispute with Capital One and they denied my dispute because the manager said it was a cricket. I am not stupid enough to believe it was a cricket. I know that Expedia is a bigger client than I am so they sided with Expedia and I lost but Capital One lost a customer that has been with them for at least 10 years. I would not recomend Expedia or Capital One for any reason. Thank you for your time for reading this review. Dean in VA

I made the mistake of taking a room in the old section so I could watch my car. The room was in desperate need of remodeling. Carpet was stained all over. Bathroom was cleaned, but looked nasty. Bed was at least 10 years old....worn and lumpy. My mistake, they offered me a room in the multi level first.

Staff very nice. Had to go four times to fix my room keys they stopped working a lot. The heater was very loud sounded like it was going to blow up very annoying.

Would definitely recommend! Front desk staff was super nice, room was a little dated (but added character!) - but was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Great location with free shuttle to the casino. We are planning to come back.
