Super 8 is fine
It was a low key stay, room was nice and it was clean and quiet. The shower was almost out of hot water at night but otherwise it was a good budget conscious choice.

We booked a room for 5 people 3 adults and 2 children. when we arrived there were only sleeping arrangements for 4 people, they had no rollaway beds, their suggestion for us was to go buy an air mattress. There were cockroaches in the room which I took pictures of and mold in the bathroom ceiling. I asked to speak with a manager and was told there wasn't one there and one would contact me. Nobody contacted me I called back 2 days in a row and still no manager available. I reached out to Expedia about this and they couldn't reach the hotel manager either. They said there is nothing else they could do. We were there for business and my business or personnel will not stay at super 8 or book through Expedia again. Nobody seems to care about what conditions they book people or bugs in the room. My daughter has health issues and this was unacceptable.

Our sink was broken and we did not know it. Our phones are ruined. Because they sat in water all night from the leak charging. How lucky are we we did not get hurt because of this. Bed sheets were dirty. Had to use our own blankets from our car. Comforter had cigarette burns all over them. Almost looked as if there were bullet holes in the ceiling. Room 320. No sleep because bed was disgusting. Absolutely horrible and ridiculous how gross this hotel is now. Health department will be called. Photos were taken.

First thing we noticed is the smell. Obviously a smoking room but that wasn’t as bad as all the holes in the comforter from cigarettes. The floor will turn your socks or feet coal black regardless. Housekeeping tried to open the door even with the lock in place. She was friendly but needs to give someone time to answer. Breakfast was good so there’s that. Obviously a lot of regulars who live there. Our second night we came back to the hotel and there was a huge fight. We hurried upstairs and I said we’d never do a Super 8 again.

The room looked nice, but would be alit nicer if they actually cleaned the rooms. The tv remote was crusty. There was stuff all over the counter and the floors seemed sticky. The breakfast was horrible. The biscuits tasted like crisco shortening.
