Great for a short stay, pool area is very good and the room was spacious. Food was hit and miss in the restaurant had a steak and couldn’t cut it without shaking the bottle of water off the table, I did mention this to the staff as couldn’t eat it and they just shrugged and walked away. Hotel is in a great location for the chambord castle.

Our stay was good and comfortable. We arrived late (just after 9pm) the restaurant was closed so we couldn't order food, only 'tapas' was available, deep fried frozen food which was horrible! Buffet breakfast was good. You have to collect a hairdryer from reception if you need one so best to do that before you go to your room.

Good hotel, the only suggestions I would like to provide to the hotel is to remove laundry facilities from your amenities list as I was told by the front desk that there were none on the property. One of the main reasons I select a hotel when I travel with a family is because of coin operated laundry facilities. Also, for dinner service there was only 1 waitress who had to serve over a dozen tables by herself so she was never able to come check on us.

Good price 20 min bike ride from Chambord. Nice big door into gravel area to load bikes. Helpful staff. Restaurant questionable.

Brame du cerf
une nuit à l’hôtel en couple nous étions logés à l’annexe, très mal insonorisé, nous avons commandé un plateau repas car après 21,00 heure, le restaurant ne sert plus, la direction ne tient pas compte des personnes qui vont écouter le brame en sachant que l’horaire et de 19h00 à 21h30, donc une salade, une petite assiette de fromage et un dessert le tout pour 45 € par personne je trouve très très cher sinon le personnel du soir très sympa à l’écoute que se soit à l’accueil comme au service par contre rien avoir avec le personnel du petit déjeuner pas un sourire , loesqu’il manque un met il faut le réclamer, rapport qualité prix beaucoup trop cher nous ne reviendrons plus

Das Hotel und das Essen waren sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war unser Zimmer über der Küche und so konnten wir das Fenster infolge des lauten Küchenabzugs und der Gerüche nicht öffnen.
