All services were great, staff were courteous, and room was quiet, warm and comfortable. Travelled with two small dogs, relatively cheap pet fee, and so quiet in room, no stranger-danger barking at all.

A gripe turns into a very good French crepe
It was further from airport than expected but very reasonably priced and an interesting modern feel. Both those in reception morning and night were very gracious and helpful. Though not what we expected Iwould give it a very good rating

Two nights at Ibis Massy
The hotel itself is pretty good,the room was mostly clean with a nice bathroom and comfortable bed. What was missing are electrical outlets. There was one electrical outlet in the room and not conveniently located or easy to find. It seems like a small thing, but with the need to charge modern devices this becomes a real problem. There was no air conditioning, but a fan was provided, of course it required the only electrical outlet. Everything was fine the first night, but on the second night someone else on the floor caused flooding throughout the floor and into the other rooms (mine included). This led to a prolonged disturbance between 3 and 5 in the morning making it impossible to sleep. While I understand that this may not be the fault of the hotel staff, they did not handle the situation very well and made no effort to rectify the situation.
