Inside is a cozy sitting room with original 1960 features such as large windows making it light and bright in every room. Kitchen has plenty of prep space for a family at mealtimes and the dining table comfortably seats 6 people. Out back door is a sperate laundry to put all your dirties out of sight. Enter the hallway and you'll find the bathroom, separate toilet and two bedrooms where the bed is like sleeping in a soft pillowy cloud one kin size bed for Mum and Dad and bedroom 2 has a double and single beds. Room for 3 kids. Each bedroom offers storage with built in wardrobes and a hall closet.
this is simple living at its best just eat, rest up until it's time for the next adventure.
Take a short walk to supermarket or drive 5 mins to pools, adventure and Deer Park, skate board park, mini golf, ride the miniature train and across the road is where the Adults can get their daily fix of coffee and stroll through the Art Gallery. or go to the movies.
Eateries and entertainment are but a stone's throw from the pink house nothing is too far away.
Catch the train to Wellington daily. Station only 5 minutes away.
