Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The room is very outdated and the washroom extremely dirty. Also, the shower head has to be held otherwise the water stream hits the wall instead of any spot in the actual tub. Dirty, not enough towels or sheets for the type or room booked and number of ppl. Staff is very sweet and respectful, but lack training, it took close to an hour to check in and another hour to get additional sheets needed for the sofa bed in the room. They also did not know the type of room booked and provided the closest available and cleaned due to an ongoing renovation. Customer service has to improve along the physical renovation happening.
We had dinner at the restaurant and it was not better. Took more than an hour to get the food, meals in the menu were not available and had to change one meal since the person cooking screwed the pasta up. That came after waiting close to an hour. Keep in mind that we were the only ones when we ordered and the last served due to ordering from the menu instead of the option at the buffet which was limited. The food was not so bad but we were expecting a bit more quality. Amount is very good. By the time we checked in, got the proper bed sheets and went down to the restaurant passed close to 4 hours mainly from all the waiting.
