I love the beach and the breakfast but the cleaning ladies are not considerate the knock one time and in 2 seconds they are entering your room. My daughter just got out of the shower naked and there she was. Its absolutely ridiculous. Not cool at all. They need to be more respectful. Period

This was a family trip with 3 generations from age 2 to age 69. Perfect place for all ages of kids and adults. The resort was always clean and the food at Bongo's was perfect for convenience and quality. We found all the resort staff the friendliest and most helpful we have experienced. We enjoyed a fantastic family vacation - 12 members. So much to do and amenities to enjoy, fun for everyone. We didn't even need to leave to eat great food right here at the Resort - FREE Breakfast at Jack's - Damien was the BEST server we have ever had anywhere ! Lunch and snacks fro Bongo's Pool Side, and Rae's Italian. Plenty of Seafood restaurants all around - Perfect Location. The Resort offers wonderful service, awesome rooms with balconies, fun & games for Kids - Ranger Rob was a daily hit with our young ones. So Fun ! We will return for sure.

Amazing facility, terrific staff, beautiful location. I REALLY wish we had more time available, one night is not enough to fully appreciate the activities offered. I’d definitely recommend visitors opt for a gulf side room and enjoy the fully screened balcony and the gulf breeze.

Overall the property was very nice our room a deluxe oceanfront king was very roomy with a lot of amenities. The only negative was we tried to have dinner at bongos and the flies were so overwhelming we had our dinner packed up and ate in our room management should address this with bug zappers? Fly traps or something. However the food was very good.

Overall, the Pink Shell was very nice. The breakfast was good with a variety each day. The pool areas were always spotless. The towel service is only at the main entrance. So if you are staying at the Sanibel Views (2 buildings over), you have to walk to the main building, bring your towels to the adult pool, and then back to return the towels to the main building. There also is not an entrance to the adult poll except through the main building. It would have been much nicer to have towel service and an entrance easily accessible to Sanibel Views. The maid service at Sanibel is every 3 days with towel changes every day. On our third day, we had the bed made, but not changed, and the floors barely swept, so by the 5th night, I called and asked for a full service. By 5pm that night, it still hadn't been done. I called the front desk only to have guest services tell me "Well we've had 100 rooms to clean today." Not really my fault. The maids were near by and came in and saw the sand and that the beds hadn't been changed all week, they were a little set back. 4 of them got to work and made it spotless. Thank goodness for them because Guest Service was no help and didn't care at all. The dolphin/jetski tour made our vacation!
