for the most part, everything was great, but I had to make an argument with the front desk on my friends room because nobody told us that parking passes were limited, and people drove in separate cars, and therefore they told us they could not hand out any more parking passes in the end they did but they charged my 20 $25 which I thought was ridiculous

They’ve come a long way since the hurricane. Resort looks great! Our room was spacious and very clean. Staff is friendly and drinks by the pool can’t be beat. We had lunch at Bongo’s one day and food was mediocre. We were traveling with our granddaughter and she loved it! It’s a very family friendly resort, if it was just my husband and I, I probably wouldn’t have chosen it because there were kids everywhere even though they do have an adults only pool. We’ll probably be back just because my granddaughter didn’t want to leave 😁.

Great place to stay. Town is a 10 minute walk with Tram and golf cart if you prefer not to walk. Events for the kids every morning. Italian restaurant on property is delicious. Plenty of other food options so you don’t need to leave.
