The bed was miserable. Every time my husband got up it creaked and popped a number of times. It’s been almost a week and my neck is still sore. We’ve stayed at less expensive places for overnight stays and the beds were amazing. Just thought this being a resort, the bed would have been at the very least comfortable.the grounds and the pool were amazing and the buffet breakfast was wonderful.

Over all the hotel was great. Very clean and friendly. Food was very good but not too many options. And the beach is stunning. Our biggest complaint was the area/location of the hotel, keep in mind we did not have a car with us, but we found that there really wasn’t much to around. We did take the long walk to the main strip a few times during our stay, but honestly even when you get up there, not too many restaurant or stores. We were kind of forced to eat at the hotel restaurant multiple nights. Not a huge deal but wasn’t really what I expected. Only things with the actual hotel we didn’t love were, the lock the gates of the pool and beach area in the mornings until 8 so the only way down is via the stairs, which was only an issue for me because we have a baby who wakes up early, would have been nice to push him around in the stroller during the earlier mornings. There was a very nice employee who helped me carrier the stroller down the stairs one morning. Also the front row of lounge chairs at the pool needed to be paid for, which normally would t bother me at all. But they were completely empty the entire trip, just seemed silly to have the entire row unused like that. Maybe during more crowded times of year it’s different. The rooms are great - very spacious and clean. Sorry for long review but thought it might be helpful if you are traveling without a car and with a young baby.

The room was excellent. Absolutely had everything we needed and more. Beautiful and clean. Hands down the best customer service from a hotel staff I have seen. Chester was very personable and helpful. All the front desk people very knowledgeable and helpful. We arrived at 8 am and were upgraded to an available room after arriving from another hotel.

Great room. Great beach view. Great housekeeping. Blow dryer was faulty. Bathroom light out. Charged 18% tip for an ice cream bar so paid 11.50 for it. Seems crazy to charge 18% to hand someone an ice cream bar. Also, vending machine needs to be kept up and stocked. There’s only one in the entire resort, there are no grocery stores nearby, and most of the snacks I tried to get from the machine wouldn’t come out and many slots were empty.. minor annoyances and a great stay overall !

Room was nice beach was beautiful breakfast was good. The bar bongos food was not very tasty and very expensive. All the staff were great except for 1 the manager Denise was a little difficult to deal with after having some charging issues but after a while and time missed on the beach the issue was resolved

It was ok, there was a mix-up with Expedia having to do the payment when we booked the stay. My account was to have been paid in full, but my son Raul's hotel stay was paid instead, so try to correct the problem with Pink Shell, which was A night, Mayer, especially dealing with Denise, she gave me such a hard time.
