It is a beautiful place. There are a lot of people… the one thing I didn’t like was that we were by the adult only pool, and every night there were pre teens and teens in the pool being really loud. We ended up having to close our sliding doors because of the noise.

This is a wonderful place, the adult pool was priceless because of so many children. Food was exceptional for a resort, the only real gripe is the drink prices. 9 bucks for a draft Modelo in a plastic cup. I had two mixed drinks and the wife two Mocktails and it was $60 dollars. I get it, its a resort but they are making a killing off the booze, I noticed many folks just brought their own because of this. Lower the price and you will sell more.

Great for families, including infants. Free breakfast and kitchen in the room made dining options easy and in and out free parking made it easy to get to all the restaurants. Easy walk or trolley available as well Room was clean, and cleaning staff was in and out of your room if needed.

One night there was a fire alarm at 2:00. I was relieved when we were all allowed back inside but there was never any explanation what happened. I was in the elevator on my way to get to the airport when the elevator stopped working. Scary times!

Beware of the rooms with 1/4 views of the ocean

Beware, if you pay extra for a room with a view of the gulf, some rooms have only a 1/4 view of the gulf. The room in their pictures is not what you get. The hotel only has two old elevators to service 9 floors. Lots of waiting around. Lastly, I checked in at 4pm et and they made me wait a half hour for the room to be ready. They advertise a guarantee checked by 4pm et.

I have an issue with the poolside bar not accepting cash, have to use cc and then you charge for using the cc. Not right in my mind. And the am use in restraunt -(free breakfast)- waiters come up to ask if you want drink- water , juice, coffee and you get charged for the service.
