The hotel is run down. The beds are like sleeping on concrete and the elevator scared us because of all the popping and shaking during the ride. Staff barely spoke to us and the place was just dirty.

The room was ok, not to clean. Constant people around and below me being disrespectful. Loud yelling going on, between the guys and girls. Called and told, front desk guy, to call the police! He never called police! I had too, at 1am in the morning.

The property is run down and badly in need of updating and renovation. The breakfast was indifferent - not even eggs. The room, supposedly non smoking, smelled as if a smoker had stayed there. The fitness center was a disgrace: no a/c, the water cooler was empty, the elliptical had a loud squeak with every revolution, the treadmill was not working, and the stationary bike had an open control panel on the front with wires hanging down. And the price was inordinately high: the most I've ever paid for a Quality Inn and Suites. One more thing: i used the rest roomo on the main floor once and it was not clean; the commode hadn't even been flushed. Ugh.
