Accommodations were good, location central enough and beach was great. Found the staff lukewarm and inflexible. The choice of food at the restaurant was limited. Note that there are no elevators and you can and up on the 4tn floor.

The Staff was amazing! They knew who we were and called us by our names. The staff tried to assist us in various ways. The beginning was a little rocky because there was a mold situation in the room. The staff quickly contacted maintenance and eradicated the situation with care and continued to check on us to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. There was lots of laughter and joy experienced during our stay with the staff.

The staff was very nice and hospitable, but sometimes was not informative ie when breakfast started/ ended. After hours there should be someway to obtain ice or and ice pack for medical issues. When we asked at the desk there was no options for ice or a bandaid.

Excellent place to stay. Clean facilities . Staff are hardworking , friendly and very accomodating. Big shout to Elizabeth at the front desk , got us checked in early which made us enjoy the beach with in half an hour of arrival. By the way, beach is few steps away. I love this hotel. Place is nice. Clean and staff friendly. I will just add to have snack restaurant especially if traveling with kids. Beach is beautiful. Will definitely come back.

Beautiful location, right on a gorgeous sandy beach. Nice pool areas and lovely layout. Staff were amazing and went above and beyond addressing some concerns I had, very helpful.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Bougainvillea. Very friendly staff and great service in a convenient location. The spacious room offered separate bed and living room with a kitchenette and a balcony with view to the ocean. Good service at the beach with multiple water sport options. After a week of stay I feel wonderfully relaxed and will certainly consider to come back.

Facility/room in excellent condition, esthetically pleasing, furniture in excellent condition. Room service reliable and cleaned nicely. Staff (in all encounters, and thank you ladies/gent at front desk for your kindness and accommodating us) very respectful, responsive, and welcoming. Having visited Barbados over a dozen times over the years, staying at some facilities I considered average to excellent, this is my new favorite. Every room appears to offer a pool/and or ocean view. The drinks at the pool were refreshing and the dinners at their restaurant were delicious—the catch of the day tastefully seasoned and the white sweet potatoes simply scrumptious. The kitchenette came in handy as we cooked fresh fish from Oisten’s fish market and bought wine from Massy’s grocery store, which is easily to get to by local bus/van. My only recommendation would be to have paper towels or napkins in the room and kitchen garbage bags in the kitchenette.
