Ground floor : Kitchen - living room, laundry room (LL, LV, SL, fridge-freezer, microwave), independent wc. 1st floor : 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed 1.40 x 1.90, shower room with wc. Electric heating. Shared parking, enclosed courtyard, terrace (barbecue, garden furniture, sunbathing area). Chair and cot on request.
