Always our first choice!
We are frequent stayers of this Residence Inn in Fargo. It just has never disappointed. We arrived earlier than check in but the staff was very accommodating and got us into a comfortable room right away without hesitation. We always reserve the 2 room with 2 kings suite because it’s the most economical and suites our needs the best. Rooms are spacious, quiet, and always clean. They also have a full kitchen so we can congregate in the living/kitchen area and enjoy our company/ family/friends. Bedding is always crisp white and fresh smelling and bed is comfortable. On this occasion we did find a past guests cosmetic bags in the vanity drawer along with the hotel hair dryer so it does show housekeeping passed up a thorough cleaning, which happens but makes me wonder what else got missed. However, this does not deter us from staying again. Breakfast is amazing and included take and go breakfast sandwiches, eggs, sausage patties, fresh fruit mix, and bread items, and other great options to choose from. Love this hotel & staff and continue to choose this place first all the time.

The room was nice and clean. Would have liked an extra toilet paper in our bathroom because our toilet roll was low on arrival. The hallway carpets need replacing as well the pool and hot tub could use an update. Our neighbors above were very noisy causing us to loose some sleep. I realize that this is not the hotels fault but beware you will hear your neighbors. The hotel staff were very friendly and breakfast was good. I was happy to find a hotel that had actual bedrooms and kitchen.

Disappointing
Was disappointed by the fact that they had laundry but no change available to do laundry. There were no towels by the pool. They didn’t have any milk available in their store in the lobby or access to the milk for breakfast apparently. Just seemed really understaffed and underwhelming. Also had to ask for bedding that actually fit the couch bed. For the cost, the value was not there.

The dishes in the room were dirty, there was hair in the drawers of the bathroom and the hallway outside of the room had stuff on the carpet that wasn’t vacuumed the whole weekend we were there. Staff were very kind. Breakfast was okay but very crowded. The pool and carpets/furniture around the hotel need updating and repairs.

Very nice hotel. We had a bulb blow and maintenance was there quickly to get it fixed. Pool and hot tub could use a good cleaning. Other than that everything was great.

The hotel room was not fully cleaned. We had a family suite and there were children’s balls under the bed, dishes in the dishwasher, hair on the towels, used lotion bottle, and qtips in the trash can in the bathroom. For the price of the suite to hold our family I expect everything to be cleaned properly.

We liked the large 2 bedroom suites. Was great for 5 of us. The hot tub was not working the water wasn't hot so that was disappointing. The breakfast was okay. Needs bacon!
