Great hotel with spacious rooms in a very convenient location. Has a very nice lobby and the relatively rich breakfast option is a great surprise (not for us, as this was our second stay) for the price range we booked. Large and bright (ok in the mornings, see below) living area with a coffee machine, a fridge, and the convenience of a large grocery store downstairs made spending time in the room very very comfortable. Very likely to be our next choice as well if/when we travel to the same area, in spite of some minor nuisances such as... 1. "dynamic pricing" can be annoying, I booked well in advance but got worse rates than family members who booked later, 2. the premium room we stayed at (suite w/ terrace) had no blackouts and the outdoor lighting of the building made the room so bright that we had to sleep with the bedroom doors closed; no one would be able to sleep on the large sofa in the living area, 3. housekeeping was either late (showed up when we called in the late afternoon) or non-existent on some days, because they were "extremely busy" we were told

Well maintained modern hotel with lots to do so you don’t even have to leave if you don’t want to. Service was very good too. Only thing is there could have been better signage regarding parking. I also found the scent through the hotel to be very strong. You could smell it outside. Overall would definitely recommend and would like to come back!

Love the Beautiful scent throughout the hotel! Cleanliness, Room was very spacious! Love the Live music, kid friendly, food trucks were a plus! Plenty of things to do… a big plus Wegman’s was in walking distance right under the hotel! Beautiful Hotel!

I would stay here again.
Great place to stay and lots of restaurants and shopping near by. The only annoying thing was the dogs barking early in the morning because they are pet friendly.

Watermark is a staple for us when we want to have a little getaway from home. It’s an hour ish drive for us and we always feel we’re spending it somewhere far away ♥️ love the experience and hotel

I truly don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a hotel that I’ve loved more, or would recommend more highly than the Watermark. The room was incredible, the staff was exemplary, and the amenities were top of the line. Every other hotel stay after this will try to meet the standard that the Watermark has set.
