The TV didn’t work. iron wasn’t there when I asked guest services they brought it but that didn’t work. I asked twice to get me a replacement and never got it. There were no shower curtain, eventually when I asked the just left it in the room

It took several times taking to front desk to get a hair dryer. Light in bathroom not working. Finally got fixed but loose. No light bulb in bedroom lamp. Ran out of toilet paper had to go to front desk. Phone didn't work to call front desk. Our door was left a jar several hours after being serviced. Dirty washclothes not removed from shower when serviced. Bed not made when serviced. Sliding door for closet not working good etc!!!

Good location

The door to the bathroom/shower was coming off the hinges, or maybe the hinges were coming out of the door frame. It wasn’t a problem since I was alone but you should fix this. Room 312.

Upon check in o was told that they needed a card for incidentals I asked what the hold would be she said $100 then asked if I was parking and I was and that was another $25. Mind you I’ve stayed at this hotel 4 times prior and the incidental hold is always different. I gave a card and she handed me the card back telling me it was declined. I believe this is for the $125. After finally paying with a card I did not want to use because it was not explained to me that the card on file for the hold of the room when booking was being charged. That card had prior fraud and was obviously declined. I stated specifically when asking about the hold and parking if it all could have been charged on one card the cars I gave her and she handed back declined which again had a $1000 limits I checked in got to the room only to find the bathroom light didn’t work. No liners n the trash cans After going through my phone and calling the cars company about my declined card I come to realize the card she handed me back declined was charged twice . Once for $30 for incidentals and another charge for $20 Which was parking. Neither of those amounts matches what she told me at the desk so I think it’s fraud . Then I see an email from capital one (the card that is no longer in use) had tried to Ben used for $370 which was the amount of the room. Super pissed because the girl at the front desk was not clear about my reservation, not clear about charges, not clear about which card had been declined!

The king suite was a very nice room, however outdated. You could hear the bed springs with every movement. Also, there was no hot water in the shower, and when trying to talk to someone at the front desk to let them know, she was too busy complaining to other customers that she wouldn’t even acknowledge us. Location was convenient to local attractions and overall the property was clean.

Very disappointed

Attached is a copy of our stay and our Room number is 403. We are very disappointed that our TV and heater did not work. Our shower filled with water because the drain was clogged. Someone cleaned it Saturday night but was to come this morning before checkout to clean it and did not. We couldn’t get showers the tub was disgusting included are photos, and no hot water and lights did not work. Manager was present today and mentioned not comping anything or asking what he could do. Only if we reported it to maintenance. Also- we stopped at the desk Saturday night and informed of the same things. Nothing. So- photos are attached. Kimberly Ramsey

My family enjoyed our stay here. It is definitely family friendly the suit was spacious and clean. The hotel is walking distance from the stadium, museum, water front as well as dining. The only problem I had is that the hotel charged my card for incidentals every night of our stay and tried to charge me for one night of parking before I checked out. Which had already been taking out from the initial incidental deposit. Over all our stay was great I even decorated the suit for my daughters birthday.

The front desk staff were very kind, but the room needs some repairs , along with no hott water the entire stay, said they were working on it, the tv s didn’t work the first night and they came and could only fix two.Breakfast was good the last time we stayed but this time the options were Sausage and some backed goods and of course the waffles which are great but they only had one machine and it took a VERY long time to make one when the line was so long but it was really the only thing hott to eat besides sausage, very disappointing. It was an ok stay location is the best
