We stayed here for two nights. Assuming they were telling the truth there was nothing they could do for me in a room with a broken air conditioner. Mind you this is the middle of August while it’s over 80 outside. There was no air flow and the staff didn’t seem like they cared.

THE STAFF WAS GREAT BUT HOTEL ROOMS WERE RUN DOWN OUR FIRST ROOM HAD NO A/C, SECOND ROOM HAD MOLD AND PEELING PAINT IN THE BATHROOM. CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST OPENED AN HOUR LATE AND CLOSED SAME TIME. HAD TO WAIT ON FOOD

The bed mattress was garbage. Springs weren't poking through the fabric but it was pretty close. The breakfast was good. I didn't go to the pool because there were many kids enjoying it. I did enjoy the location and private parking which was extra but that was ok. It could be noisy as there were some folks street racing. I was able to walk to pretty much everywhere or I could've used public transportation. The a/c worked very well and the coffee was decent. The TV was a little wonky to figure out. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. The grocery store within a half mile had an armed guard in tactical body armor

This hotel is in a great location for a sports game but that is where the positives end. Our microwave didn’t work. Our bathroom door had to be shimmied and slammed to shut properly. The sheets for the pull out bed were ragged and dirty. The bed was thin and we could feel the springs. The curtains on both sets of windows were out of track and so they would not close completely. The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. I was surprised this hotel was under the Marriott name. I’ve been in many residence inns and this was the dingiest one I’ve ever been in. I would not stay here again until after their renovation. Also safety felt like an issue. We asked for more towels because our room didn’t come with enough and the person who delivered them had no name tag or anything. It seemed to be someone’s friend who brought them up to our room. How this hotel has a semi decent rating on this website is stunning.

Just 1 night for a game. Friendly staff and clean room. No to-go cups or sugar for coffee and nothing available downstairs. Thats a huge problem for us but only big issue. The street noises were bad as well. The refurbishing coming in 26 is needed but if they get the coffee situation sorted, nothing would stop us from staying again. The afternoon staff was above the average.

The room was noisy with AC next to our room and we had specified that there were 4 of us, there was a room for 4 with a bed and a sofa. We did not have sheets for the sofa, so we asked at reception at 5 p.m. and after asking 3 times, still no sheets at 10 p.m. even though our children were tired. I do not recommend at all!

Hotel is across street from PNC Park. Very clean and convenient. Continental breakfast was good, although the waffle maker was broken for one day. The area is very safe. The room was comfotable, with a kitchen. There is a safe in the room, although it requires a credit card.

Perfect hotel for a Pittsburgh vacation

Great location and price. We were there for several days so the kitchen and separate bedroom area was nice. Breakfast was average, bed was comfortable and towels were clean. Wasn’t perfect but I’m not a hotel snob and it was good enough for me and my teenage boys.

This hotel is not good but great location.

Location to PNC park was sensational. Hotel was NOT GOOD. Toilet ran continuously. Tub would fill up with water during shower due to very slow drain. Safe didn’t work. Staff not friendly at all. Water leak from the ceiling in the bathroom. Icemaker did not work. Certainly not the standard I would expect as a Bonvoy member.
