We went there for Umrah, I selected this property because of how convenient to go to Haram. This is absolutely amazing. Obaid one of the horel staff helped us a lot. He is excellent staff of this hotel. He also knows lot about the city and can advise you accordingly.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. Very near to Haram and hotel has walkway access to haram from back. Room is equipped with speaker which you can directly hear Adhan from Haram. Staff were amazingly helpful. Obaid helped us a lot. He is proficient in multiple languages. I stayed along with my family for Umrah, my father in law has mobility issues and Obaid helped us a lot and put us in ease. He is fantastic.
