Stayed for only one night after climbing Jabl e Nur and then went to haram in the morning. Nice location if you want to do the mountain and haram. Timely shuttle service. However, I went with a local person so I didn’t pay too much attention to the way the shuttle service works. It is a bit time consuming on return from haram. You have to take two shuttles. One from hotel to bus station then another from bus station to haram. And same for the way back. Breakfast was great. Nice, clean rooms.

Room are too skinny phone doesn’t works room service 0. I stay 5days with my family first day when we come back in room they didn’t clean my room when I go to the reception for complain they said clean staff is gone we will do tomorrow. Next time I don’t stay here.

The hotel and its amenities were amazing, especially the breakfast. The only complaint I have is the WiFi is slow but not so important as most of our time was spent in the haram anyways. Alhamdulilah

It was clean and neat , staff were very friendly. The only thing missing was there are no near places to eat besides their restaurant, no shopping stores or a mall nearby. Otherwise, it was a great experience… their shuttle service to the Haram is very helpful.

First of all take too much time for check in 2nd first room are very terrible full of smoking smell then they shif us to next tower tower much better room all this process took lots of time
